Marvel of Flight

This was a great event thanks to all of the veterans and other volenteers!!

For 363 days out of the year, the DeFuniak Springs Airport is known for its quiet rural setting and friendly hometown airport atmosphere.  But on the last Friday and Saturday of April every spring, the airport comes alive with sights and sounds of the “largest fly in and aviation expo in Northwest Florida”.  This family friendly community wide celebration of aviation is a joint partnership between the City of DeFuniak Springs and the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce.   Marvel of Flight features are variety aircraft displays, career exploration exhibits, workshops, concerts, free kids activities, aviation vendors, and great food for adults and children of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy.  From jumping out of an airplane at 10,000 ft. above the earth to exploring a future career as an airline pilot, Marvel of Flight offers a wide array of memorable experiences for attendees and creates unique branding opportunities for companies looking to market themselves to a diverse and attractive audience.
